یہ ویب سائٹ معہد الخلیل الاسلامی، کراچی کی ملکیت ہے۔ ویب سائٹ استعمال کرنے کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ آپ ان شرائط سے متفق ہیں۔

1۔ دینی مواد اور فتاویٰ

  • ویب سائٹ پر موجود فتاویٰ اور مضامین دینی رہنمائی کے لیے ہیں۔
  • ہر فتویٰ اسی سوال کا جواب ہے جو اس میں درج ہے؛ اگر آپ کی صورتِ حال مختلف ہو تو الگ سے سوال پوچھیں۔
  • سوال میں دی گئی معلومات کے درست ہونے کی ذمہ داری سائل پر ہے۔

2۔ سوال پوچھنا

سوال کے فارم میں درست معلومات فراہم کریں اور کوئی نامناسب، توہین آمیز یا غیر متعلقہ مواد نہ بھیجیں۔ ادارہ کسی بھی سوال کا جواب نہ دینے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔

3۔ عطیات اور ادائیگی

  • عطیات رضاکارانہ ہیں اور ادارے کی تعلیمی، رفاہی اور دعوتی خدمات میں استعمال ہوتے ہیں۔
  • آن لائن کارڈ ادائیگی (جہاں دستیاب ہو) بینک کے محفوظ صفحے پر ہوتی ہے؛ ادارہ آپ کے کارڈ کی تفصیلات محفوظ نہیں کرتا۔
  • رقم کی واپسی عطیات کی واپسی و منسوخی کی پالیسی کے مطابق ہوگی۔

4۔ مواد کے حقوق

ویب سائٹ کا تمام مواد معہد الخلیل الاسلامی کی ملکیت ہے۔ حوالہ دے کر مواد آگے بھیجنے کی اجازت ہے، لیکن تجارتی استعمال یا مواد میں تبدیلی کے لیے پیشگی تحریری اجازت ضروری ہے۔

5۔ بیرونی روابط

ویب سائٹ پر دیگر ویب سائٹس (مثلاً واٹس ایپ، یوٹیوب، سوشل میڈیا) کے روابط ہو سکتے ہیں؛ ان کے مواد یا پالیسیوں کی ذمہ داری ادارے پر نہیں۔

6۔ ذمہ داری کی حد

ادارہ ویب سائٹ کو درست اور دستیاب رکھنے کی پوری کوشش کرتا ہے، تاہم کسی تکنیکی خرابی، وقفے یا ویب سائٹ کے استعمال سے ہونے والے کسی نقصان کی ذمہ داری قبول نہیں کرتا۔

7۔ تبدیلیاں اور قانون
